Yes. Your booked time includes load-in, lighting setup, camera setup, HMU setup if booked, shooting time, file handoff if applicable, resets, breakdown, cleanup, and load-out. Please choose enough time for the full production flow, not only the time in front of camera.

Photo production bookings follow the standard Match Studios policy. Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours after booking confirmation if the start time is more than 48 hours away. After that, bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the start time are eligible for a full refund minus non-refundable processing fees and committed custom or vendor costs. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Overtime is not guaranteed and may be billed in 30-minute increments if approved or incurred.
