If a COI is needed, Match Studios will confirm the requirement before the booking.

Yes, the building has elevator access. Load-in details depend on the selected studio, event size, amount of equipment, furniture, catering, outside vendors, and time of day. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing carts, cases, rentals, props, catering, or large items so arrival and elevator use can be coordinated.

Match Studios is a creative studio space inside a Midtown building, not a nightclub or fully isolated event hall. Music, microphones, speakers, and guest volume must stay within building rules and the approved event scope. If sound level, music, speeches, or recording audio are important to the event, discuss the plan before booking.

Event bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours after booking confirmation if the start time is more than 48 hours away. After that, bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the start time are eligible for a full refund minus non-refundable processing fees and committed custom or vendor costs. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Overtime is not guaranteed and may be billed in 30-minute increments if approved or incurred.
