If you add makeup or hair support ($440 per production block), arrive with a clean face and product-free hair so the artist starts from neutral.

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours after booking confirmation, provided the booking start time is more than 48 hours away. After that grace period, bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the start time are eligible for a full refund minus non-refundable payment processing fees and any committed custom or vendor costs. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding processing fees and non-refundable custom or vendor costs. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable. Grooming and styling add-ons confirmed for the session may be non-refundable once reserved.
